Hey You! I’m Martin. Welcome to my blog. When I was 26, I got diagnosed with testicular cancer. My life has turned upside down literally in a blink of an eye.
I’ve been rediscovering myself since the surgery. Reconnecting with myself. Having THAT smile again. With starry eyes. Also, fucking things up. Making the biggest mistakes you can imagine. But there is one thing that I consider my biggest strength next to starting over: learning from those mistakes no matter how painful they are. Oh, and forgiving myself because I understand that in those moments I still tried my best.
I love to cook. Eat healthy. Formula 1. To laugh. To smile. I just can’t not appreciate nature. I see blue, green, any living color and I’m happy. Gym for mental health. And a bit for my (not always but in progress) healthy ego. Love the feeling of gratitude. Being happy. The fuck else is there to do on this planet? Sorry to be a party-pooper, but we will all die anyways and no one will fucking care in a few generations time.
